In all seriousness, there are so many mixed reviews, opinions and blatant misconceptions about caffeine that it’s hard to keep it all straight. Sadly, we have the media to thank for most of that confusion. More times than not, caffeine gets associated with lots of other bad stuff in the food or drinks in which they’re contained (like the approx. 9 teaspoons of sugar in one can of soda).

Suffice it to say that caffeine is one of the most researched and studied substances in all of science. Some people are much more sensitive to caffeine than the majority of folks, so they should obviously be careful. But for most of us, moderate amounts of caffeine can be quite beneficial.
